Youth Leadership Development Initiative
Training and equipping young people to serve well in their churches.
What is YDLI?
The Youth Leadership Development Initiative is a year-long training and leadership programme that equips young people with biblical foundations, practical ministry experience and leadership skills for life and local church ministry.
YLDI is designed to help young people develop strong spiritual foundations, biblical character, and a heart for serving others. Participants are encouraged to:
- Deepen their faith
- Develop biblical character
- Discover their God-given gifts
- Grow in confidence as they serve and lead
- Take practical steps in their walk with Christ
Throughout the programme, students are challenged to take practical steps of growth in their walk with God, their involvement in church ministry, and their personal responsibility as Christian leaders.
Why YDLI?
Supporting Churches
We believe the local church is a primary place where young people grow in their faith and discover how God can use them.
Intentional Training
YLDI exists to come alongside churches by investing in the next generation through training, leadership development and practical ministry experience.
